Router login

Open your router settings to change your Wi-Fi name or password.
  1. 1Connect to your Wi-Fi, or plug in a cable.
  2. 2Open the address printed on the label under your router. The common ones are below.
  3. 3Sign in with the username and password on the same label.

Changing settings you do not recognise can cut your connection. If you are not sure, call 09644-252525 and we will guide you.

  • 192.168.0.1

    TP-Link, Tenda, D-Link and many others

Router login: common questions

Look at the label under your router. The most common addresses are 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1.

Make sure you are connected to your own Wi-Fi or a cable, then try the other common addresses. You can also check the label again.

Some routers can be reset to the label password with a reset button, but this also erases your Wi-Fi settings. Call our helpline first and we will guide you.
