I have no internet at all

Check that the router and any other box from us have power and their lights are on. Switch the router off, wait 30 seconds, and switch it on. Give it 2 to 3 minutes to start. Check that cables are firmly plugged in and not bent or cut. Try a second device. If one works and one does not, the problem is the device. If nothing works, call 09644-252525 between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Question 2

My internet is slow

Accepted Answer

Run a speed test on a device close to the router, or on a cable. Pause downloads, updates and streaming on other devices, then test again. Restart the router. If the speed is good near the router but slow elsewhere, the issue is Wi-Fi coverage. If the speed is low even on a cable, call 09644-252525 so we can check your line.

Question 3

Wi-Fi is weak in some rooms

Accepted Answer

Move the router to a central, open and high place. Keep it away from thick walls, metal furniture and water tanks. For a multi-storey home, consider a mesh system or a second access point.

I forgot my Wi-Fi password

Accepted Answer

Check a device that is still connected. Many phones can share the password as a QR code. Or sign in to your router settings and look under Wireless or Wi-Fi. If you cannot sign in, call 09644-252525 and our team will guide you.

Question 5

Internet did not come back after a power cut

Accepted Answer

Wait 2 to 3 minutes for the router to fully start. Restart the router once. Check the adapter and socket. A surge can damage an adapter. If it is still down, call 09644-252525.

Question 6

Video calls freeze or games lag

Accepted Answer

Run the connection quality test to check ping and jitter. Use a cable for the computer or console if you can. Stop large downloads on other devices during calls and games.
